Laminated Timber Straight and Curved Beams:

Structural glued laminated timber is an engineered stress rated structural product composed of lumber specifically selected and graded for density, slope of grain, tolerance, knot sizes and locations, and dryness.

Laminations are bonded together with adhesive. The grain of all laminations is approximately parallel longitudinally.

The laminations are comprised of pieces that are end-jointed to required beam length and may be placed edge-to-edge or glued edge-to-edge for prescribed widths. They can be made straight, cambered, or curved to shape.
