Features Timberweld Engineered Timber Structural System with Curved Fascia, Log Columns, Lock-Deck, and Laminated Douglas Fir Beams.

Timberweld’s engineered timber roof framing consists of 15” diameter x 25’ long lathe turned Douglas Fir log columns supporting 20’ to 60’ long 8 ¾” x 28 ½” deep cantilevered laminated beams in conjunction with a continuous 6” wide x 33” deep vertical lam fascia curved to a 724’ radius and 8 ¾” x 28 ½” intermediate Timberweld beams. 3x6 laminated Douglas Fir Lock-Deck with decorative finished ceiling became a part of the structure.

The Timberweld sales agent, Mr. A.L. Bontrager with Western Fireproofing in Kansas City, Missouri helped coordinate the sequence of materials for erection on this fast track project that is the feature attraction for the new “Branson Landing Convention Center” that will be a community landmark and feature attraction for many years.
